The DepED-CAR Regional Office through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers to quote for the PROJECT: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FY 2024 SUPPLEMENTARY LEARNING RESOURCES (SLRs) FOR THE SCHOOL LIBRARY HUBS OF DEPED-CAR - LOTS 3, 14, AND 15 (REBIDDING)

This RFQ is composed of three (3) lots and shall be awarded as one project. The quotations should be inclusive of tax. The total approved Budget for each lot as follows:
Lot 3: Four Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Two Hundred Pesos Only (Php 475,200.00)
Lot 14: Seventy Two Thousand Pesos Only (Php 72,000.00)
Lot 15: One Hundred Thousand Four Hundred Pesos Only (Php 100,400.00)

Delivery of the Goods is required by within Sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of notice to Proceed (NTP).

Submission of the original quotation with the eligibility requirements duly signed by the owner/proprietor or his/her authorized representative should be made in a sealed envelope on or before 1:30 AM of October 17, 2024. Submission should be through courier or hand-delivery to the address below:
