he DepED-CAR Regional Office, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites your company to engage in Negotiated Procurement - Two Failed Bidding (Section 41 of the IRR of RA 9184) for the PROJECT: REBIDDING OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TABLETS FOR LEARNERS UNDER THE ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY MODE (ADM) FOR DEPED-CAR.

This RFQ is composed of one (1) lot and shall be awarded as one project. The quotations should be inclusive of tax. The total approved Budget for the project is Two Million Nine Hundred Eighty Six Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php 2,986,500.00). Delivery of the Goods is required by within ninety (90) calendar
days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).

The DepEd-CAR RO will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on August 14, 2025 at 11:00 AM at the OARD, DepEd-CAR RO, Wangal, La Trinidad, Benguet, which shall be open to prospective bidders

Submission of the original quotation with the eligibility requirements duly signed by the owner/proprietor or his/her authorized representative should be made in a sealed envelope on or before 1:30 PM of August 26, 2025. Submission should be through courier or hand-delivery to the address below:
